Kabrina Bland
Program Coordinator
Kabrina Bland serves as the Program Coordinator for CASA of South Louisiana, where she provides administrative and operational support to the organization’s advocacy program. She coordinates program activities, maintains essential documentation, supports volunteer processes, and helps ensure the timely completion of program requirements so that CASA volunteers are equipped to advocate effectively for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit organizations, Kabrina has built her career around serving vulnerable populations through program coordination, community engagement, volunteer support, and resource connection. Her background has allowed her to work alongside children, families, seniors, and community partners across Acadiana, strengthening programs that improve lives and expand access to essential services.
Kabrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is also a graduate of Leadership Lafayette through the Leadership Institute of Acadiana, reflecting her commitment to servant leadership and community impact.
Outside of work, Kabrina enjoys leading worship at her church, spending time with family and friends, and finding opportunities to grow personally and professionally. She believes that meaningful service begins with compassion, integrity, and a willingness to support others behind the scenes so they can make the greatest possible impact.
